Biography

I have had a passion for reading and writing ever since introduced to the concepts. Now as a mother and grandmother with varied life experiences I enjoy exploring many topics and subject matters and sharing these discoveries with my readers. I obtained a BS degree from Georgia College in 1986 and worked as an RN for several years. My experience in nursing has given me insight into the complex arena of healthcare from both a caregiver and consumer's perspective. Health & Wellness, Fitness and the complex challenge of Women's Health issues are all areas of interest and concern for me. When I'm not busy writing I like to spend time playing with the grandchildren, crocheting,gardening and cooking.
